As part of the Ontario Government's Delivering Change: Budget Town Hall 2004 public consultation process, CPRN held a series of citizen dialogues with randomly selected groups of citizens representative of the province's population in seven locations across Ontario during February and early March 2004. Using a deliberative dialogue methodology, CPRN asked citizens to reflect on the values and principles that they felt should guide the provincial government's budget choices over the next four years. The dialogue report was released on the CPRN and Ontario Government Web sites in April 2004.
