Barriers to Training Limit Workers' Opportunities and Impede Business
A growing number of Canadians face serious barriers in gaining access to much-needed training, according to a report released today by Canadian Policy Research Networks. The report, Training for the New Economy, explains that the small business sector, self-employed and non-standard workers lack time, information and money to take advantage of the burgeoning training market.
