Research Report:

Job Quality in Non-profit Organizations - Human Resources in the Non-profit Sector - No|2

by Kathryn McMullen, Grant Schellenberg

Canadians depend increasingly on non-profit organizations for a host of essential goods and services, especially in the wake of cuts in the public sector. This paper compares the non-profit and for-profit sectors in terms of a number of key job quality indicators.
