The importance of including Aboriginal youth in developing policies that directly affect their welfare seems obvious.  But a study by Canadian Policy Research Networks entitled Pathways for First Nation and Métis Youth in the Oil Sands finds that despite considerable investment in getting youth involved, positive results are few and far between.  This podcast features Alison Taylor, lead author of the study, in a discussion with Take 5 (CIUT 89.5 FM) on why direct participation remains elusive.
