CPRN President Sharon Manson Singer presented a keynote address to "Visions to Actions – A Roadmap to 2020" convened by Newfoundland and Labrador Premier Danny Williams, November 7-9 in Gander.  The conference attracted more than 200 business and community leaders and public servants to identify strategies "to build strong and sustainable regions" within the province.  Historically Newfoundland and Labrador's challenge has been to sustain vibrant rural communities.
