Research Report:Fostering Better Integration and Partnerships for Housing in Canada: Lessons for Creating a Stronger Policy Model of Governmental and Community Collaboration
Fostering Better Integration and Partnerships for Housing in Canada analyzes possible avenues for strengthening housing governance through more effective collaboration among various levels of government. The paper recommends ways to create stronger models of collaboration for governments and the community in delivering housing initiatives. Using existing literature on collaboration and horizontal governance, a framework is constructed to examine cases from Manitoba, Quebec, and Newfoundland and Labrador.
