The theme is "synergy", a term that describes what happens when economic and social policies are mutually reinforcing. It also applies at an institutional level, when colleagues achieve more working together than they ever could separately. Much of CPRN's research focuses on identifying the conditions that foster synergy in society, the economy and the workplace.
